Hello world (for the first time)

As i write this i am also reading a number of other blogs that my fellow bloggers have decided to share with the world. I am hit with a wave of self doubt.

Who will read this?

Why am i doing it?

What is the point?

If anyone has any answers i would like to hear them. Also if you have a recipe for proper mexican tacos that would be super as i have been craving them for around 5 years (last time i was there) and have tried and failed a number of time to recreate the magic that a dirty taco stand in the hot mexican sun provides.
